The Princess Grace Hospital project

Between urbanity and nature, the new 85,000 m² hospital complex planned for 2032 will stand on the shore of the bay of Monaco. Thus, the project plans to construct new buildings accommodating 394 beds, a psychiatric sector with 66 beds and around 15 operating theaters. A car park with 650 car spaces and 180 two-wheeled spaces will also be built.

The future Princess Grace Hospital Center has been designed to offer patients optimal treatment conditions. In addition to the superior quality of care, the complex will also favor comfort with large reception areas, interior patios, hanging gardens facing the sea, suitable for functional rehabilitation, play areas and individual rooms, including a large one. part will have a view of the Mediterranean. The Principality was keen to build an establishment that respects the environment and limits its energy needs. For example, many eco-responsible devices will be put in place: natural ventilation system, connection to a thalassothermic loop, energy recovery elevators, etc. Not to mention that 50% of domestic hot water needs will be covered by local solar production. Based on an innovative method, the architectural approach of this establishment provides the best technical and functional solutions, in order to offer the best quality of care and services.

The new hospital complex oscillates between an urban universe and a natural spirit, while achieving a symbiosis with its unique environment.
